Calanders in China may need reprinting, since China State Council, the highest adminstrative organ of China government, decided to implement new statutory holidays across China since January 1, 2008.

The new holidays are:

1) New Year's Day, 1 day off (January 1)

2) Spring Festival, 3 days off (Chinese New Year's Eve and the first 2 days of the Chinese New Year, according to lunar calander)

3) Tomb-Sweeping Day, 1 day off (according to lunar calander)

4) International Labor Day, 1 day off (May 1)

5) Dragon Boat Festival, 1 day off (according to lunar calander)

6) Mid-Autumn Festival, 1 day off (according to lunar calander)

7) National Day, 3 days off (October 1, 2 and 3)
