   Another Clinic Home For Expatriates

Aaron

WorldPath Clinic International launched the opening ceremony on October 26, 2009.as a comprehensive multi-disciplinary clinic with the clinic and medical support from Harvard, a high-end clinic to provide expatriates and well-off of Shanghai with the high quality medical services, including OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Dentistry, and Family Medicine.

Around 200 people, including the municipal officials from the city, officials from foreign consulates in Shanghai, Harvard Medical School faculty, CEO of major hospitals in Shanghai and well-known scholars and many celebrities were invited to the event.

Conveniently located in the heart of Lujiazui financial district, WPCI provides its easy access to the out-patients and more expatriates living in Pudong and Puxi (by metro).

Stepping into the clinic hall, the cosy sittings will call up a home feeling with its cream-coloured wall and wooden frames.  Its artistic décor with ceiling-floor glass windows just makes it bright and spacious, which offers you friendly ambience to calm yourself in clinic. However, as a patient, you are not required for any patience to wait for your call. With the IT support from CISCO, after tele-communication with the related department, you’ll be properly arranged to the expert for your treatment, saving much time to register, which is still a big concern for Chinese medical industry currently. WPCI is definitely the first clinic to adopt the updated IT networking system from CISCO all-round way to improve the efficiency of medical service.

As WPCI promised to the public, through the partnership with WorldPath Medicine, LLC, an internationally respected network of physicians affiliated with leading medical institutions in Boston, Massachusetts U.S.A., clinical care experts at WPCI provide patients with access to health care professionals in every specialty of medicine and  also will  assist and coordinate all aspects of care, including air ambulance transportation, visa application, translation services, accommodations, and family assistance for those patients requiring care in the United States.

Hopefully, it’ll become the role model for the Chinese medical industry and bring more advanced concepts concerned to China. The senior officials and pop stars played a great role at that moment; more importantly, Lujiazui, the main site of Shanghai Expo in 2010, will offer WPCI much opportunity to display itself to the world in the near future.
