Post subject: iPhone - Seoul, Taipei, Beijing

I'm prepping my boss for his first Asia trip. Need to know - will his (US-bought) iPhone work in Seoul, Taipei and Beijing? Is there anything he needs to do to make it work in each of those places?

Make sure he has roaming for oversea's.
He'll also need a 3G iPhone for Korea, if not, it won't work there.
