| Post subject: Speaker Stands |
Hey all,
Anyone know where l can get speaker stands from. Stands that are ear height when sitting down. For a studio:)

Try the Electronics market, Cnr Fuxing and Xiangyang. Lots of places there that sell speakers and accessories fairly cheaply. For better stuff, Best Buy has a selection. |

That place over at People's Square should also have some. The gear is quit pricy, but I think you should be able to find a pair of stands for a decent price over there.
Sorry, but can't remember the name of the street right now. But it's on that first street that you cross when walking away from the metro station. (not the small one, but the bigger one where cars are allowed to drive) Take left on that street, and walk like 50-100 meter and you should see the place on the right side of the street (you'll see some guys selling CD's down in the "lobby")
If somebody knows the name of the street I'm talking about, or even better the right address to this specific HiFi market (if you understand my description, that is  ) please feel free to jump in.

Yeah you're absolutely right CS, and I've thought about it for sure. The only thing that's holding me back, is that I really would like to see them "live" before buying them. Me being quite picky and a gigantic HiFi nerd and all... But I guess for that price I might just go a head and order them.

Haha, it's almost like you're reading my mind here...
The only problem though, is that I can't this weekend, and I need the stands before Thursday next week when my new speakers arrive.
Well, what a heck, I'll just go a head and order them. And if they suck that bad, I'll just have to use them until I find something better.
