Post subject: Very nice renovated appartment for rent near xujiahui

Hi,

We are looking for a new tenant for a 2 rooms appartment located at the crossroads of xietulu and xiaomuqioalu, 5 minutes walk from the metro line 4 and 10 minutes from xietulu Carrefour.
It is almost located in the French concession and the neighbourhood is very Chinese and not so many westerners. Perfect for a single person who wants to live in a more Chinese quarter. Also perfect for a student from Jiaotong university.
Appartment has just been renovated last month, furnished with style,1 room, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 big bathroom.
Possibility to set up satellite to provide international chanels (on request though, we take care of everything for you).
Internet is already set up. Micro wave, fridge, washing machine, 2tvs,dvd machine etc.
Landlord speaks French, English, Chinese, Shanghainese, so no communication problems and we live 10 minutes away and can help in case of a problem.
We also provide our ayi on demand who is a reliable efficient person. She can do the work minimum 2 hours per week for 15 yuans per hour on week days and 20 yuans during the week end.
Rent for 1 year minimum, RMB 3,500 negotiable.
