Post subject: Getting an Indian Tourist Visa in China
I can't make it to any of the consulates/embassy in-person. Almost all Chinese travel agents can't apply for foreigners. Is it possible for my friend to apply for me? If not, anyone know an agent that will do it for foreigners?
