I worked for export business in various fields for five years, which includes electricity, electronics, pharmaceutical raw materials, food,etc .having a good relationship with some factories, and know how to develop the promissing manufacturer and deal with them.

I can help you source the good quality products at reasonable price according to your demand. Many foreigh buyer purchases the goods through the below method.

1. Establish representative office in China and/or process the order through the trading company or through the factory.
Advantage: Simple and save worry.
Disadvantage: It is hard to control the lead time, product quality, and risk of payment. Besides, the price will be high due to additional the intermediate link.

2. Set up a company in China and then do the purchasing and exporting independently.
Advantage: low running cost when you have large annual purchasing amout, and can get the active postion when negotiating with the factory.
Disadvantage: too complicate need professional staff to know about the Chinese policy and culture, and know how to deal with the government instituate, etc.

If your purchasing amount is less than USD200,000, better choose method 1; or the method 2 is your better option. and I can help you in both way.
