Post subject: aiyi lost dog's license. what to do?

the aiyi lost the dog's registration card, 2 months after just renewing it. even though our dog has that chip implanted, i think this could be a problem in case a cop stops us. she said she called to find out how to get a replacement, but then relayed that they will not reissue another one.

has anyone ever been in this situation?

thanks!

Surely they will re-issue the license. Your dog is chipped.

Maybe they told her that a new card would cost some kuais, then she thought it was better to tell you they wouldn't do it, afraid that she needs to pay for it, as it was her fault.
