Post subject: Equity Trading

Hi everyone,
I have recently arrived to Shanghai, after trading in London. I am looking to work here, any suggestions as to where I can find equity trading positions or possibly assisting local Chinese with their equity trading. Thanks in advance, for any help or suggestions.

What's kind of equity trading you will start? Chinese market is growing, more local Chinese will need more equity trading for development.

Hi Liaoweiqian,

Many thanks for your reply, I trade shares and provide share advice for investors...Indeed chinese market presents a lot of opportunities with 9% expected growth in GDP next year. Are you a trader yourself or an investor?

If you are keen to discuss further the subject, Please contact me on trademaster_1@hotmail.com

Bye for now.

Unfortunately little of what you have learnt in London in terms of equity trading is applicable to the Chinese stock markets. Furthermore I can't really see firms in this industry (which are local firms, providing services to local clients, considering that the largest part of the stockmarket is opened to Chinese citizen only) hiring foreigners for such positions.

You'd probably be better off looking for a job in Hong Kong.
