Job Description:
Respond to inbound telephone inquiries (NO SALES), Provide accurate information in a friendly and professional manner
Requirements:
MUST be Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Customer Service experience is PREFERRED
IT background is a PLUS
Ability to work 20:00 to 6:00 2 weeks/month (8 days/month)
