Post subject: Health Check for sport event

Hi,

I'm going to run the Shanghai Half Marathon at the end of November and they require "physical examination" for the registration

Dow you have any suggestions on how and where to do the "health check" that is required?

Any hints appreciated - especially since I'm taking care of this last minute (as always)...

TIC no one is going to ask you for a medical exam proof if you are an expatriate. just give them a note to say you are healthy and anyway you sign an indemnity to say that you will not hold them responsible if anything should happen.
I have run it three times in the last five and never ever submitted a medical form.
Go along register pay your money and have fun! Depending on the weather you may want to invest the money you would spend on the medical on a gas mask instead, it may come in far more handy especially once you get off Nanjing Lu!
Enjoy the challenge and mind the traffic!
