My townhouse locate in Zhangjiang High Tech Zone,PuDong district.Only two minutes walk to subway(Line two)Zhangjiang High Tech station,three minutes to a big shopping center(opening soon).

The name is ZHANGJIANG TOMSON GARDEN.Unfortunately no club house in this complex now. But it is very convience to take the subway to downtown for everything. A big food and shopping center will open in the coming Dec. This is the only villa most close to subway in shanghai. |

$2000 is sure steep for Zhangjiang. I know someone who recently rented out her townhouse in the same complex for $1400, after 8 months of vacancy. |

a bit too much in this market, place,, esp with 48% vacancy rate.. its a renters market, place ,, a friend of mine just nego his rent down 200 USD to 1300 usd per month for 170SQ mt in Xu Hui and it has everything as well... |
