Post subject: Business banking in shanghai
Currently bank wit Coutts (part of Royal Bank of Scotland) in UK. Will be setting up a Shanghai office of a Uk company in Shanghai around April.

(wholly owned enterprise)

AM in Shanghai next week and woud like to know:

Is Coutts / RBS there?
If not - what bank should I meet with about bank account, audit
Also - who is a good lawyer for this kind of operation.

Does someone like HSBS provide a full service?
