| Post subject: Preschool at American School? |
We are moving to Shanghai in Q1 2005 and wanted to know if the American School has a preschool for 3-4 yr olds? Is there a waiting list? Which campus? Any other advice?
Thanks ! |

The school may not even be able to give you an answer at this point. Their admissions process gives an advantage to kids with siblings already at the school. The earlier you get on the waitlist the better. I think they offer the spots at the beginning of April. Even if you are #1 on the list right now you could still not get a spot in April if everyone else who signs up after you has a sibling at the school or some type of seat guarantee (though I think they are changing their seat guarantee program, so it may not apply anymore).
In general the Pudong campus is easier to get into than the Puxi campus. |
