| Post subject: Where to buy Guide Books to asia? |
Does anyone know if it is possible to buy lonely planet or rough guides to south east asia anywhere in Shanghai? I'm looking for a general guide, or any specific country guides to vietnam, laos and cambodia.
Thanks |

I have seen Lonely Planet guides on the first floor of the Foreign Language Bookstore on Fuzhou Lu, I think they are pretty expensive though, but at least available if that's what you are after. |

Thanks. Managed to find what I was looking for in the main Shanghai bookstore which is near the Foreign Language store. The top floor has a wide selection of English books and some guidebooks. For others looking for guidebooks, I should mention that this place must get regular deliveries because although they didn't have the asia lonely planet when I first went earlier this week, I visited again yesterday and they had it in stock. I also saw some guidebooks available in City Supermarket in the Shanghai Centre. |
