I am new to the city and I have heard so much about the underground shopping at Pu An Lu but I can't find it! Can anyone give me some specifics? Nearest cross junction? Nearest prominent building? Train station? Please...

Are you referring to the "Ni Hong" shopping center?
if so, it is between Cheng Du Lu and Jin Ling Lu, not far from Huai Hai E. Rd.
The place basically carries children's wear, if you are looking for kids' clothing, it is a good place.

I think if you get a taxi, most drives will know, or refer to the "Long Men Tong Zhuang Shi Chang(Dragon Door Kids' Apparel Market)" on Pu An Lu. They should know.

Hope it helps.

you are welcome.

yes, we've got to help each other, since we all are somewhat "new" to this city/country.

For women's apparel, there is "du shi feng qing jie" on Chang Le Lu. it's also an underground shopping that carries ladies' cloting mostly. I am not sure, the x-street is (maybe, I don't have a map now) Beijing Lu.

sorry, i hit the return too fast....

I checked the map, Changle lu is north of Huaihai LU, west of Cheng DuLu, east of Ruijin No. 1 Lu and south of Julu Lu. Beijing Lu was wrong info.

hope it helps.
