Hi Guys -
Just wondering if anyone could recommend a good hairdressers in Shanghai where I'll be able to have a cut and highlights without ending up being scalped?! Looking into toni and guy but think they're a little on the expensive side. What do you think?

I go to a british girl who is over in Pudong, at a place called 81 west(in the Green Leisure Center next to Carrefours). she is a bit expensive by Shanghai standards, but at least she speaks English and does a good color job. |
