Good old thread returning every few month.....still a lot to be found in the earlier threads, however good to have an update on the newer items. Information helps to create a transparant market...but if you pay too much, don't blame it on the seller....as a buyer you are not obliged to buy and if you do, you probably thought the price was right. Cognitive dissonace won't help, neither does whining. Get informed!
BTW, these black logo socks: RMB 50 for 20 pairs, Northface skiing jacket rmb 100 (bought first one 6 years ago, still going strong! bought all colours later just because it's only rmb 100 a piece), CK boxers 14 for rmb 100 |

Adidas runners- 100 RMB
Adidas Gazelles- 80 RMB

I bought the calloway big berthas, woods, irons, and putter for around 1000 RMB.
Also included the leather bag, airplane bag, head covers, balls, and tees.
Watch out for the cheap ones not using the real raw materials...a magnet will stick to the titanium. Actually, I found out later the putter was crap. But everything else is great. |

Sunnies are about 10 to 12, but agree on quality. Don't risk it
Ties, I got 5 for 50rmb. Very good quality heavy silk. He was not real happy when I got him down to that.
T-shirts no more than 25
Watch - NEVER more than 150. Should be about 100 to 120 |

Pardon my ignorance but these PS2 games presumably won't work on an unmodified PS2 console that my son has in the UK. Is there a way around this?
On topic - Ralph Lauren 'cashmere' jumpers - paid 280RMB for two and they don't fit. Don't recommend anyone comes shopping with me! |

^ You have to make sure you try them on before you hand over your RMB! Especially if you happen to be a man over 6 feet tall, or have any kind of girth. You'll have better luck next time! And you shouldn't be paying more than 100-150 RMB for two (depending on the day and how hard you bargain).
Don't know about the PS2 games, but brought a selection of GameBoy Advance games back over Christmas for a 10-year-old, and everything worked just fine. Think you might need to get the PS2 'chipped', though -- anybody want to help me out here??
[Am somewhat impressed, and amused, by skyline5k's 10 RMB "Faulex"...!] |

The games will definitely NOT work on a PS2 console in the UK. And chipping is highly illegal there. |
