Chinese cooking classes are designed to teach the basic knowledge and skills
to cook daily home based Chinese dishes,
It is to help the learners to understand how to apply ingredients, spices and condiments in
cooking authentic Chinese Dishes.
Typical regional dishes upon a specific request could also be taught.
Dumplings (boiled, steamed), Stir-fry meat and vegetables, Soups
(various kinds, vegetable / meat), cold dishes (Vegetable-meat), Mini- hotpots.
