Well its not everything but it is an important first step. You also need to have the appropriate skills for teh job. you also need to understand the corporate culture in the company, which means appropriate and inappropriate behaviour. Its a very long and arduous process. The best way to get a great job is to understand what is going to produce a lot of profits for the company and to be able to offer the company that you want to work for this. |

hmm thx for ur advice coz u know be4 i just get some info from the paper and the teacher but i really appreciate ur advice coz it is authentic u r in that surroundings and u know it better and more throughly then most of the chinese keep in touch and if i can tell u sth it wil be my honur :casstet: |

English is a tool, just like computer.
With good English and good computer skill, it will be easier for you a better job, compare to those people who have the same ability as you but don\'t know much English or computer.

Yeah English is very important ,computer skills also is same . but those maybe give you the chance to work . but to succed in your job and keeop it. there are many important things. work hard,communicate with your collegues and the most important things is let the company earn money . and some ways for getting money to the company is reducing the expenses.
