The Ladies Friendship Club is meeting for lunch at SIMPLY THAI, Xintiandi, on Thursday 12th May, at 12:00. All women wishing to make new friends in Shanghai, are welcome.

Hi YYfamily,

It's a great group of really nice ladies who meet monthly for a meal and chat about life in Shanghai. This month we had about 9 people meet for lunch at Simply Thai. After lunch we went for ice cream and then for an afternoon of shopping. PM me your email and I'll be sure you are added to the email list for future gatherings Very Happy

The Ladies' Friendship Club is mainly for women who are new to Shanghai, and wish to make friends here. However, local English-speaking women are also welcome.

The objective of the Group is to meet regularly for social outings - lunches etc, and also to support and assist one another in difficult times.

Anyone interested in joining, may pm me.

LADIES FRIENDSHIP CLUB GET-TOGETHERS

Thursday, 26th May at 2:00 pm.
Meet at Kevens Cafe, Hengshan Lu, for tea (dim sum). Tea / coffee, cheese cake or tiramisu and a fruit plate : RMB 45.

Thursday, 2nd June at 12:30 pm.
Meet at Pizza Hut, Grand Gateway, for a pizza feast. Thereafter, those who wish may go to a movie (English), or join those who simply want to meander around the Centre. The shopping is good, and there's an excellent bookstore on one of the upper levels that stocks a wide selection of reading material, plus a really good supermarket in the basement.
