Hi everyone,

It was great meeting up with you at the Cafe.

We have decided to meet twice a month on the 1st and 3rd thursdays.

Our next gathering will be on 7th July, at 11.30am at Pizza Hut at the Carrefour in Jinqiao. Rennie, if I remember correctly, you live fairly near there, could you make the reservations? Marydoll, Cata and Lina, hope you can come this time!

We will also meet on 21st July, venue to be posted later.

All are welcome to join us!

No prob - I'll make the reservation. If they don't accept reservations, I'll just show up earlier on that day and get our seats for 10 again.. heehee.

Hi all,

Didn't know that a group of mothers has been formed in Pudong. I am living in Jinqiao too but I dun seem to notice singaporeans there?? Currently, I am now in Singapore and had just delivered a baby. Will be back to Shanghai in August with my newborn and hope to join you all in the next gathering.

Hi all... sorry for the late posting. Our next meeting will be at the Latina Green City Restaurant, Jingqiao, on 21 July (Thursday). It's a Brazilian barbeque food restaurant with a small play area for kids.

Location: inside the Green Sport Leisure Centre, directly opposite the entrance of Pines, The Market Place. The Green Sport Leisure Centre is at Bi Yun Road.

What you can do is take a taxi to Carrefour in Jinqiao. Then just walk over to the green glass building located next to it. If the cab driver drops you off at the Pizza Hut entrance, you will need to walk through the Carrefour building to reach the other exit where you should be able to see the Green Sport Leisure Centre. Hope the directions make sense!

We'll meet at 11.30am as usual and I'll try to make reservations for us.

Hi all, I've made reservations at the Latina restaurant, they will free the second floor for our group and bring up toys for our kids too! The booking is made under the Moms In Pudong group and Mr Patrick Sim, the Operation Director, speaks English well.

Hello Everyone...

I just wrote to the hotmail address above but thought maybe I should write here to. I am not that computer literate. I am a stay at home mom in Phoenix and am getting ready to move to Shanghai in December. I am actually going there in two weeks to pick a house and a school. I have two kids four and six. Both boys! Anyone have any input about schools and preschools? I think we are pretty much going to live in Pudong. I AM SO SCARED!!! I am looking forward to making friends now....Hey if anyone needs something from here please dont hesitate to ask!!! I am from South America so I know how important it is to help! Looking forward to hearing from you guys....you sound cool...
