| Post subject: Coffee Brunch meeting Every Sunday at Coffee Bean-XTD |
Every Sunday ( for a couple years now ) The Shanghai Expat Coffee Brunch will meet at the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf at Xintiandi!

Staring at 12 noon and run for a couple hours. After that, we have a range of options for after the meeting.
Its a great place to hold the meeting and we thank Coffee Bean for their support of Shanghai Expat. Anyone coming to the meeting will get a pass for a 10% discount while at the meeting.
(REVISED DIRECTIONS BELOW)
COFFEE BEAN IS LOCATED INSIDE THE XIN TIAN DI Shopping area, most taxi drivers know this place by name. If not, have them drop you at MaDang Lu and TaiCang Lu. That is one corner of the center. And you can walk into the center from there.
BRIEF DIRECTIONS FROM METRO
In case you can take the Metro,...Take Metro Line ONE to the Huang Pi Lu (Lu= Road) station ). Exit the Station in front of the Pacific Department Store at the corner of Madang Lu and Huai Hai Lu. Turn right onto Madang Lu and walk to TaiCang Lu (two short blocks). Turn left on TaiCang Lu and you will see the entrance to the center near the Starbucks.
Once you are at the XINTIANDI center, Walk into the center past the Starbucks and about 100m in, you will see Coffee Bean on your left side. We will be inside in a designated area.

The coffee meeting is for Expats in the Shanghai Expat community to meet up and compare notes of experiences of living and working in Shanghai as foreigners. Those locals who are NOT looking for a place to practice English, but ARE willing to come ADD-VALUE to the discussions are welcome. The event is NOT a business networking event and is not commercial so no promotion of any outside businesses and such please.
Anyone who understands these parameters and will abide by them are welcome. We DO ask that participants please patronize Coffee Bean when attending this event. At least get a cup of coffee or something and please, no outside food or drink. Thanks. |
