I once resorted to posting a help-type questions on your forum regarding a problem I've had with my ADSL connection in Shanghai. As expected I immediately received the right feedback that led to the resolution of the problem. I'd like to ask another techie question, but feel that your general readership does not want to see this kind of exchange.

If a seperate forum can be created (Shanghai Tech Help), it would facilitate expats in helping one another with internet, phone, even mail/shipping type problems--especially since there's often a language barrier involved when dealing with local vendors.

Maybe there's already such a forum and I haven't found it. There must be lots of conversation about these issues, a new forum would isolate it into one area. Please advise about this...thank you...great website by the way!
