| Post subject: Bar Rouge |
A couple of days ago, I ordered smoked salmon and a beer at Bar Rouge.
Smoked salmon : 85 yuans.
I expected to be given a plate with toasted bred and one or two slices.
This was a far cry.
The waitress brought me a little bowl with five tiny pieces to pick on. And the check.
So I refused the order. And the check.
Guess what ! The waitress began to shout : "But you ordered it, you now have to pay !"
I answered : "Well, then, call your manager"
Knowing he would ask the same, I had my answer ready : "Sorry, there is a misunderstanding, I never ordered smoked salmon"
He could only back off with anger on his face. |

Haven't been there for a few months, but they used to have free wine tasting on friday nights, which few people seemed to know about. This of course, meant lots of wine and few punters, doing a little more than just tasting. Good times...
Come to think of it, are they still doing this? |
