Post subject: Where to find Japanese employees?

Hi,

IT Resources is an IT service provider mainly catering to international customers focussing on retail, manufacturing and automotive.

We are looking for Japanese employees (who should be able to speak Chinese and English).

Does anybody have an idea where to find such employees?

Thanks!

Dennis

How about in Japan?
I'm sure there are both recruiting companies or job websites like Monster in Japan that you can contact.

Or do you mean Japanese that are already in Shanghai?

Thanks. I havent asked any headhunters etc. I first wanted to ask around... Sites in Japan such as Monst.jp are likely to be Japanese only. Japanese who are already in Shanghai might be better.

In the universities. Here in Fudan there are sometimes companies who come to post ads inviting japanese students to join their workforce.
