Hi.
I am taking up a job offer to move to Shanghai within a month from now.
I am all alone without help. My new company is near Chang Le Road. I would like to stay around that area so that I wont have to take the ruthless traffic.
Could anyone advise where can I find online realestate company that is able to help me to locate a new apartment in/around that area? My budget is about USD 1200 for a apartment, hopefully fully furnished and CLEAN and SAFE.

Hi. I do not prefer any particular area except that it should be near to the location I mentioned above. I would need 2 bed room as my boyfriend will visit me often. A fully furnished is good. As said, CLEAN and SAFE is important to me.

I am moving out of my 2 bedroom(downsizing to a 1 bedroom) near Jing an temple. 6min walk to line 2(jing an) and 12 min walk to line 1(chang shu lu) My rent was 6200(115sqm), but if you dont go through an agent, I bet you could get it for less. The apartment is 2 blocks from Chang Le lu(near fumin lu) drop me a line if you are interested.
If you decide to go through an agent, I have used tinayang before and I would reccomend them. |
