Post subject: Looking for fish

Where can I find a fish market, for "pet"-fish?
I mean the ones you have in a fish tank at home and usually do not eat them.

There's an animal market on Xizang Nanlu. Don't know exactly where but I had a look there when I came from Dongtai Antique market (Dongtai lu). I remember they had birds and insects, you'll probably find your pet-fish too. Good luck.

By the JW Marriot:
Nanjing Xi Lu and Huang Ping Bei Lu.
I wandered around the side streets one day while waiting for one of the big diks of my company who lives there to be fashionably late. Theres at least 6 aquarium/fish stores.
Ask the concierge.

Behind the Antique and Odd Stone Market off of Nanjing Xi Lu there is a large outdoor animal and plant market. It has all sorts of birds, fish, and small rodents busily trying to cannibalize one another. It is impressive and quite nauseating. Do not go there hungover unless you like blood and cat urine.
