Tomorow, may 6th, 2pm in zhongshan park, after entrance, you walk on your left untill first grass and go to the second grass on your right.

Except it's raining.

The park is mudy, so we can't do capoeira this afternoon.

Hey Dave, I'm going to try and also post some updates here, see if we get more people to join us.

This coming weekend, June 3rd-5th, some of us might be out to Putuoshan Island, so don't know how the class time/place is looking like. but I'll try and post any news about it.

Hello! As of right now, wednesday 5:30pm, it seems that there might be practice in Zhongshan Park on Saturday at 3:00pm, at the Music Square. Same place as always.

We will be playing this Saturday at 3:15pm in Zhongshan Park, and probably on Sunday also at 4:00pm in Fuxing Park.
We play in the main Music Square of Zhongshan Park.

Hi Guys, I really like to learn capoeira... hoping i could join you guys, im new in shanghai, been here for only 3 weeks. I live near Fuxing Park, and Huai Hai Lu. Julu Lu to be exact. But where is Zhongshan Park? Many Thanks!

Hello jpenxs, we are meeting in Zhong Shan Park today at 3:30pm. It's the last stop on the metro line #2. You can take exit number 4 and walk into the park. Look for the big open grass area, you'll see lots of people and see us playing Smile

Hey I'm from munich and I'm going to spend my next semester in Shanghai. I'm quite a capoeira newbie (since 3 months) but I really want to continue my training. Does anybody know a capoeira school in Shanghai? How often are you guys meeting for a roda?

I'm in Ningbo and desesperate if I have to stop to play Capoeira....
Even if I will have to go to Shanghai.... I will do it.....

Everyone is on holiday right now, except me, spending the summer months poolside in some medditereanean paradise somewhere...
Maybe getting back together in september, so i will let you know.

Hey,

I arrived at Shanghai a few days ago and haven't found any Capoeira group. I would be were pleased if anyone could give me a hint were I can join a Capoeira school. It's really important for me to keep up my training. Unfortunately, I only found a dance studio but I don't suppose them to train (or play) real Capoeira there(btw. it's expensive as hell).

Little by little we are coming back...I think that this coming week we'll be practicing some capoeira. We will let everyone know, maybe this semester we'll get some new people since we have lost a couple Crying or Very sad

Hello everyone,

My name is Joao and Im an Angoleiro from holand (www.capoeira-angola.nl). I have been doing capoeira for quite a while and will be living is Suzhou for the next 1/2 years.
If this week you guys are organising a roda I will be delighted to come....
Any capoeiristas in Suzhou???
