we have never had any kind of decent service from BOC.. CMB has always been good |

China Everbright Bank, Minhang branch. I work very well with them also with my company. The staff is helpuful and polite. First I was with CBC...the service was terrible ! |

Favorite bank, in terms of customer service or the convenience of the services offered? Sometimes both do not go together.
Also some major banks are missing for instance the fourth bank in China Agricultural Bank of China, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Guangdong Development Bank, Industrial Bank, Minsheng Bank and China Everbright Bank which are also worth to cite. |

Always used BOC and never had any problems locally or with monay transfers abroad. |
