World Link offers a 6-week antenatal class, though they are based at our Xintiandi location.
The classes are taught by a team of healthcare professionals and a few of the topics covered include:
- Exercise for and during pregnancy
- Stages and signs of labor
- What to do when labor begins
- Skills for labor
- Birth registration, passports, citizenship...
- Medical pain relief techniques
- Basic care for your newborn
- Breast feeding
- Life after the baby is born
