i have a local bank account here at industrial.. and i want to get money wired from back home.. is that possible?

Why not? At least from Europe it works perfect. I have an BOC (Bank of China) account in EURO/RMB in Shanghai and if i wire today from my ABN-AMRO account in Europe to my BOC account using the IBAN number (that's a necessity) of my BOC account, i have the money available in Shanghai the next day or max. the day after. Charges are pretty low, last time something like € 12 on an amount of € 5000. If US banks cannot or charge you much more, it tells you something on the competitiveness of these banks. |

No problem. You'll need the branch name, address, account #, and IBAN/SWIFT of Industrial bank. |
