Hey mom's and dad's.
I am wondering if there is a demand for doula (birthing assistant) care in Shanghai, especially for foreigners?
I am researching articles about the issue at the moment but would just like a little feedback from the perspectives of foreigners in Shanghai.

Sounds Like a great idea
We just had our first child delivered here in Shanghai 2 months ago and I can't say that I was able to find any doulas here
The best midwife here is MK at Shanghai United Family hospital
You might want to get in touch with her as she knows everything there is to know about having babies here in Shanghai
From what I have seen there are so many Expats having children over here I'm sure your services would be in great demand

I only know of a single individual offering doula services in Shanghai and she works with foreign families. Perhaps you could get into touch with her hear to hear her thoughts about doula options in Shanghai.
