flifox, you'll want an internal style, so taiji.

Anyone know of any teachers which teach traditional styles. Everywhere in shanghai seems to be teaching wushu, but no traditional styles. Ideally I'd like a southern fist style, because I've already been studying hap gar.

I know the best place to look is in the parks in the morning, but since I only just arrived in shanghai, and am here to learn mandarin, my verbal skills aren't quite enough to convince anyone to teach me!

any schools, teachers any one knows of? please or I'll die without my fix.
