| Post subject: Day Car or Preschool for 2 year old |
Hi, I am looking for day care or pre-school for my 22 month old son. Any suggestions or recommendations you have would be great. We are now in Shanghai and are staying at temporary housing until we find his school. Please help. thanks- |

hello Scrabby,
where do you stay in Puxi or Pudong? We are in Pudong and I found a local preschool for my daughter (2 1/2) on Weifang Road near Dongfang road. Though they all speak Chinese, my daugher has no problem after a little adaptation of 1-2 weeks (My daugher speaks only French and Thai). Some teachers can speak English. If you are really interested, and especially if you are in Pudong, please don't hesitate to contact me. Maybe we can get togeher or held some kind of activities together, that must be great for kids Pls.Leave your email, I'll write you as soon as possible. There are many children of your son's age. |

update! For your information.
This school is to be closed for a certain reason. Personally it's not good anymore. My daughter didn't go there since many months.
I heard that the school will change owner & management team.. |

Personaly I think Internaional Kindgartern is suitable for your situation, buz some of my classmates with Preschool Education Bacholor are working in several ones, and due to my job .I am familar with this. But your kids is 22months old, there are seldom ones for Expats below 3 -years -old. Under 3 -years- old ones are more than former. Don't give up!
