Michael - I think you have to help people define the term "fine dining".
Not all people's perceptions of "fine dining" are the same. Some people might think "City Dinner" in fine dining!!! |

The definition of fine dining is pretty straight forward, and i wouldn't think anyone needs it explained to them.
Mimosa, New Heights, Laris = fine dining.
Malones, McDonalds and Wagas = NOT fine dining. |

Matt - it is straight forward to you but not to some people.
Laris, Mimosa - OK fine dining.
Malones, Wagas not fine dining
Where people think different is -- AFP, Vedas, People 7, and the like - do you call that fine dining too? |

Coconut Paradise.
Being in Shanghai, I'd say it definitely makes it into the sancta sanctorum of fine dining places |
