Post subject: How a new expat can arrange to date chinese girls?

Hi,

I am arriving 5th August in Shanghai and was wondering how a new expat goes about establishing a dating life with chinese girls?

Upon arrival, I will not know many, so how does one get into the dating scene? Is it like most places, where you just have to be brave and approach a stranger at a nightclub or bar? *gulp* haha Smile

or do you wait for them to approach you at the bar? mmm haha

thanx

once you get here, you will likely find things are not as simple as they seem at home. The majority of women here do NOT speak English. Of those who do, a large portion are used to using that ability to get what they want. Not all are bad, but the sample size that the average westerner will really get a chance to know, given communication issues, tends to skew on more "bad girls" than good; THAN the actual full population. Thus you will read more complaints about the local women here in Shanghai.

If you want for them to approach you at a bar, you may get laid, and you may have to pay, but its a bit doubtful that it wouid me more meaningful than that. Just depends on what one is looking for I guess. Good luck!

well...guess it is very easy, but i should kindly remind you, what kind of girl do u wannt to go out with?, if just for fun and not so serious, go to some bar or pub to find, invite her to have a drink, ask her out, sweattalk her....
usually, you will not be refused....trust me.
But the pre-requsite is, she must speak English or at least can understand what you said, or it will be boring.

The only thing I'll be whining about is that you finally demoted yourself from trash to turd.

Rejoiciousmentfully!
