Post subject: where can i get GNC products in SH?

hi, anyone knows where can i get some GNC products in Shanghai?
health supplementary products like vitamins and minerals
pls advise. thanks.

I have found many vitamin and health supplements at Parkson's. (Huaihai Lu/Shannxi Lu) (Tianshan Lu/Zunyi Lu)

There's a large section with most of the products coming from America. I was looking for and found psylliam husk and brewer's yeast as well as multivitamins.

browse through the website, found the prices a bit unreasonable
have to pay 130 RMB for the same product which only costs me usd 7 in US maybe order online and ship the products to shanghai better

GNC are at most shopping complexes that include a carrefour!

I've purchased from VitaCost.com many times and they have good prices. According to their website they now ship internationally, including to China. I have no personal experience with their international deliveries.

GC is right. Mnay of then are located in shopping centers including Carrefour.

Does anyone know if Watson's has vitamins?

I was at Gubeu Carrefour and there is a GNC shop on the second floor directly infront of the escalator.

@evangeline, do you work out?

not to scare you or anything but i used to take GNC vits (was a club member), i work out 1.5hrs 3x a week. then after 2 yrs of using GNC multi-vits, i was diagnosed with fatty liver. my friend who's also taking w/ almost identical lifestyle as mine (we don't smoke, jog/gym at least 3-4x a week, seldom drinks, food concious) also was diagnosed with fatty liver. doc traced it to the vits, he said unless we're heavy body builders we shouldn't take it.

we stopped using it and i diverted to home made v8s, i had my medical 3 months ago and my liver's fine. maybe it's just me but then again you can't be too complacent. GNC is a great supplement but then perhaps too much/strong for some people.

but if you're a body builder it should be ok. Wink

Anyone know if any of the Carrefours in Pudong have GNC products?

I usually go to the one in Thumb Plaza, but I never noticed GNC products. Is it inside carrefour, or should it be a shop close by?

Trying to find Megamen Multi-vitamens.

Also, anyone know where I can get Egg Protein powder? All I see is either Whey, or "Protein Powder" which is from soy beans.

i was also wondering about this as i can only bring so much with me... fatty liver doesnt sound good tho... maybe i'll only pick up nitric oxide

The GNC branch in jinqiao closed!

There is no GNC in Carrefour's lianyang branch (thumb plaza).

I live in Pudong, what's the closest branch of carrefour with a GNC store?
