| Post subject: Trip to VietNam |
Can anyone advise me on which websites to use to book a flight/hotel to Hanoi? I could not find tickets under $800 for that period with the duration of flight under 8 hours. Is there a non-stop flight?
Thank you! |

Try PVG to BKK....
Non-holiday periods the round trip should be about 3,000rmb
Then go online and book BKK to Hanoi on www.airasia.com
We use C-Trip as an agent here.
Good luck |

China Southern goes through Guangzhou for around 4000RMB. Take any number of airlines to Hong Kong then Vietnam airline also for around 4000RMB. |

Try some vietnamese on-line travel agencies for hotel bookings. You will get great deals that way (no more than 60usd/night on 3-star facility).
I'm using CX online store for flights. Pretty convenient and usually quite ok price.
The total travel time should be just around 7 hours there and about 5 back as there is rather long transit time in Hong Kong on on-going flight. There are no direct flights from Shanghai to Hanoi as of yet. |

I've just been back from Sanya, and don't know how will u evaluate the beach there. I prefer the beached in Aussie better. Won't suggest u go to Vietnam if u love the beach. U'd better visit some small island in Malaysia or Thailand. The price more or less the same. RMB 4000 more or less. In vietnam, nice waterfall and local culturel are attractions. |
