I used to love riding my Honda 550 up the mountains or down the coast roads back home in Oz but I would never contemplate riding here. Even if you can "gun it" on the newly built freeways you have to have confidence that other road users wouldn't turn across you, throw a U turn, wander into your lane or slam on the brakes all without any warning at all. I would be stressed to the eyeballs here if I were riding. Sure takes the joy out of riding.

Thus the metric system did not really catch on in the States, unless you count the increasing popularity of the nine-millimeter bullet.

Basically you won't have very much luck riding a motorcycle in innner shanghai but you may wanna consider a SIDECAR...Since its three wheels there are not cc restrictions. I have a referral if you would like.

let's shift the street tracker discussions over to this thread from the "does it cost whatever" motorcycle thread thread....

besides http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/chinamotorcycle there is a new forum run by BG-Performance http://bgperformance.proboards83.com/index.cgi
