Hey I m new member of Shanghai expat. I just been here to SH 3 weeks ago. Is there a meet up at XTD cofeebean today?

We will probably show up around one. There will be someone there from Shanghaiexpat as early as 12:30. People come and go until 2 or 3. Look forward to seeing you there!

Yeah, I got soaked today...for nothing. I didn't know the XJH subway has an exit that goes directly to Metro City. FFS.

so....it is Friday again....and i am new here, i am really shy to talk with strangers, same as the above two gals. but i want to meet people there. i hope there will be somebody coming there together with me, anybody want to go with me :$

Its very easy going and informal. Keep in mind that most people are there to meet other people and in the same boat as you.. so it is very easy to strike up a conversation. I will be there.. hope to see you all there Sunday.

really? everyone is in the same boat as me? will they be alone too? if people r all in two or three. i will feel embarassed.....

Strangers are only strangers because you feel strange around them. If you start talking and have a conversation.. you no longer feel strange. come on out and get to know a few more people.

yeah talking to strangers out of the cold is definitly weird. Anyone living in Pudong near century park? btw, I just joined the forum. My name is Zhuo,I am chinese, but I left when I am 9 yrs old. Do I qualify? My favorite coffee is the Tim Horton's blend from Canada.
