| Post subject: 2nd Annual 'Que and Brew Festival |
Bubba's Bar-B-Que will hold its 2nd Annual 'Que and Brew Festivalfeaturing live music, great barbeque, and excellent imported beer on Saturday, May 31, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. The event also gives us a chance to celebrate two solid years of business in Shanghai as China's first, true, American-style barbeque joint.
This year's festival will feature a number of new craft beers imported from the U.S., as well as USDA certified beef, hamburgers, chicken, and carnival style smoked turkey legs brought to you by PRIME Meats and cooked right by Bubba.
In addition, bring along a business card and drop it in the fish bowl for a chance to win www.barbecue-king.com's top of the line gas grill, an all stainless steel, four-burner beauty with rotisserie and side burner attachments.
The Second Annual 'Que and Brew Festival is scheduled for Saturday, May 31, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Bubba's Bar-B-Que. Everything, from cold Craft beers to barbeque, is priced at 25 rmb during the festival.

It's not competition. The fellas that do the American Craft beers are good blokes. Some great products too.
I like to think that between the two of us, we are changing the market, not competing.
Get on out there and try these great beers on this day. The the following week, head to Sashas for the really good stuff |

Yep will also bring all the mates down for the bash! Will be testing out a few new lines of bbq grills for the event. Should be a good time. Nothing beats Bubbas smoked meat. Good start to the summer with 2 good parties in a row.
Not sure if I will be walking out straight at 6pm though! |

Sounds fun, but it wouldn't truly be American without the Hot Dogs! How about some Michigan Koegels with the skins? Either way, count on 2 more of us joining the party. |

We'll have some serious hotdogs there on that day, although they're made local. They're good though trust me....bigger than a ballpark frank. Also we will have smoked turkey legs that go at about 2.2 pounds each, USDA tenderloin steak sandwiches, smoked chicken, and ribs. Most will go for 25 rmb per serving, but none over 50 rmb (that's the turkey leg....you can feed two people for sure with one of those suckers....also USDA.

Thought I'd post the updated menu. This is going to be one outdoor barbeque party not to miss! Oh yea....we also will have a Texas Hold 'em Sit and Go Tournament upstairs on the same day...all day. Tickets for all items below will be sold at 25 rmb each, or 5 for 100 rmb, so you can reduce prices below to 20 rmb and 40 rmb with the purchase of a book of tickets.

Oh...rules on that...
A sit and go tournament is cool. It basically is a one table tournament that lasts about an hour. There might be 3 tables going at once, but you only play on your table and try to place top 3 on that table for a payout. When you do go out, you put your name on the list for the next game, sort of like you would in a pool room. We will take top nine names at a time and place on a table for that sit and go.
Fun. Relaxing. Each sit and go will be 100 rmb in. |
