“一再”和“屡屡”都有同样的事情不止一次发生的意思，通常可互换使用，但侧重点不同，“一再”特指行为的重要性和严重性，语气较重，而“屡屡”则主要指动作的次数多。
一再 and 屡屡 both mean "repeatedly," and are usually interchangeable, but they have different stresses. 一再 stresses the importance and seriousness of the behavior, while 屡屡 stresses the frequency.
（1）.这个问题我一再强调过，可为什么现在还是会出现同样的错误？
（2）他屡屡（一再）犯同样的错误。
（3）最近，学校里屡屡发生作弊事件。
（4）他用这一招行骗，屡屡得手。
（5）他一再为自己的过错向大家道歉。
需要注意的是，“一再”和“屡屡”都是用于人的主观行为。如果是客观叙述，例如“下雨”，不宜用“一再”和“屡屡”，用“一再”也不是不规范的，应说 “经常”等。
It is worth noting that 一再 and 屡屡 are both applied to one’s subjective action. For example, we cannot use either 屡屡 or 一再 to modify 下雨, instead using 经常.
