| Post subject: old lane house with 200 square meters garden to lend |
I have a place to lend, which has big beautiful garden,200 square meters. old lane house, my one on the ground, with two room, one kitchen,one bathroom...
It is located in Xuhui district, west fuxing rd, close everywhere to city center,also every quiet area.opposite of the street is Iranian embassy, walk to jazz club only one minute.

hmm to "lend"... usually that just means you will let someone use it for return at a later date. no financial requirements... you mean"rent" or "to let" yes?
Seems like a reasonable price though .
And yeah, should be in real estate section. |
