Physical was good to me. In Metro City Xujiahui.

Lots of showers. I used to only go in the mornings at 7 so it was always very clean, but in the afternoon it probably gets very dirty noisy busy.

Ritz Carlton Hotel at 20,000 RMB per year.

Clean as 5-star hotel standard in the US.

Have been a member of Will's Jin Mao for a few months - pretty happy with it but I think bulk of people who go there work in Jin Mao or live real close by. Only think I don't like about it is the fact that there is no rowing machine! I have seen the Wills at Super Brand Mall, and with the window looking onto the mall area, and all the people standing there and staring at the people working out, it seemed like a zoo. Wouldn't join up there!

Looks like our options in Jing An are limited to Kerry Center, Portman Ritz or One Wellness in Yanping Lu. Does any gym here feature a 50m pool?

I went to Will's at ZhongShan Park today. I was quoted 3230RMB for a 1-year membership. Then, I was told by my real estate agent that he could get me the same membership for 2200RMB. How does that work?

^^Same way as FitnessFirst would sell a year's membership to one person for 4600rmb and then sell to the next person for 2400rmb - because the latter person asked for it.

^ 13k/yr (1k 1st-time sign-up fee, 12k/yr thereafter). it's a tad cheaper if u sign up under the family plan (turns out to be ~10k/yr/pp).
