| Post subject: Private pensions or something like 401K |
I have been looking for a private pension fund to invest in and negotiating with my company to put money in it as well.
I just need help in finding a few funds or companies they deal with this kind of investment?
It seems to get a pension for an expat the company has to have 5 million US investment capital. Is this a true statement.
I am still am on a probation period. Do you think it is possible to get a housing allowance?
How much can I expect for transport and mobile? |

Expats are not able to participate in the Chinese pension system nor in any private system offered by Chinese insurance companies via employer participation. |

There are numerous financial advisers working exclusively with expats for retirement funds. If you haven't already been approached I would be happy to give you two names for a start, both working for companies that I have offshore savings plans with.
As for mobile and accommodation etc surely you discuss this BEFORE you accept the position not after you start! |

For those who are not on expat salaries, are there any investment options? With offshore, what are the requirements? |
