Post subject: Anyone keep tropical fish/aquariums?

Hi I'm planning a return visit to Shanghai at the end of the year and was wondering if anyone can point me to where I may be able to seek some freshwater shrimp. I'm planning to hit up some "Flower Bird Markets". Laughing

The shrimps I'm looking for are specifically "crystal red shrimp".

Such as these:

Try Jiang Yin Rd behind the Marriott at Tomorrow Square. Quite a few petshops and some good aquariums.

Jiang Yin Lu, as above post is a good one. You should also try the market on Xizang Lu just north of Fang Bang, also try a big market on Qinzhou lu between Tianlin lu & Yishan lu.
There is also a big one out in Gubei, see another thread asking for flowers, that one has the address.
I've bought all my fish from Jiang Yin (Discus)........you pay a bit more but the quality is a bit better! ......... shop around for tanks though.

Best place to buy fish is Chen Hao Aquarium on Datong Lu. Easily the biggest range in Shanghai with fish, plants and tanks.
