| Post subject: Dog care in Pudong |
I have just moved into Pudong (Lujiazui area) from Minghang. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a dog groomer, Vet and Kennel in this area. We used to use ones in Hongqiao but thats a bit far for me now. Also can anyone recommend a Taxi or car hire that will take dogs as we do not have a car and driver.
Thanks peeps! |

how big is your dog?
usually the taxi does not take big dogs. So you need to negotiate with the taxi drive to see whether extra fee will do. |

I used Jialiang K9 kennels on San Lu Road in Pudong earlier in the year - very big with different classes of kennel available. I opted for a one star kennel and it was fine (so far as kennels go) and not too different from kennels in the UK. They have a website [www.jialiang.com]. Although in Pudong, it is quite a drive out. As for taxis, I just flag one down - they will stop if they are willing to take the dog. Probably slightly easier for me as my dog is smaller but I have never had any problems. I use PAWS vets in Puxi which doesn't take too long in a cab. |
