Lindy Hop is the original form of swing dancing orginated in Harlem, New York along with the raising of Jazz music. It later influenced popular dances like Jive, Ballroom Swing and Rock&Roll.

Simeon Bourim or Sam, picked up Lindy Hop in 2003 and was hooked. After starting to dance, he quickly became one of the best dancers and popular teacher in Hawaii. Sam has studied with some of the world best lindy hop teachers and performed in US’s largest Lindy Hop Camp: Camp Jitterbug.

Classes:
A. Absolute beginner boot-camp. PART 1 (2 hours) / PART 2 (2 hours)
Level: ALL

Want to learn swing? Need to brush up or maybe re-learn some fundamentals? This class is for you, this is an intensive 4 hour class (in two days) that will get you on the dance floor! This class will arm you with the techniques you need to begin dancing. .

B. Stepping up: Improving your foundation to improve your dancing. (2 hours)
Level: Beginner to Intermediate

Step up in your dancing; learn new tricks and improve your dancing! Learn skills that will take it to the next level. Apart from just working out kinks in your foundation, this class will focus on musicality, proper spinning and turning and dance floor strategy!

C. Fast Lindy! (2 hours)
Level: Anyone who can do a good swing out (Intermediate and above)

Lindy hop swing is fast! Dancing fast doesn’t have to be a workout. It can be fun and entertaining. Learn the tricks and skills necessary to dance swing like its meant to be danced: Fast! Learn how to incorporate, Charleston and Balboa so you can keep dancing at the speed of light!

D. Charleston (2 hour)
Level: ALL

Learn various forms of Charleston! From 20’s Charleston, Savoy and partner charleston. Learn how to incorporate it in to your swing, as well as many cool tips and tricks that will put a whole new look on
your dancing !
