i always think how much for the salary doesnt depands on you are from which country ,it depands on how good your abilities are.

but as we know, before there are few foreigners here and we found that is a big difference and always think foreigners are better than local people.now the mind needs to be changed

In my company it is the foreigners who are the ones bringing money into the company and the locals that do the work. Without foreigners they would have no work. And they would also miss out on the advantages of working for a foreign company: nice offices, air conditioning, annual work holidays, social clubs, fast Internet connection and nice new caomputers, training, and the opportunity to learn from their foreign bosses. One day the foreigners will move along, but not until the locals are capable of running a multinational company on their own. And that's gonna take some time.

When foreign companies invest in markets, they like to have people they trust and understand watch their investment. They usually have to pay these people a premium for the difficulties they endure such as time away from family and friends and adapting to a new market. In time most companies will localize and pay the locals a salary commensurate with their contribution.
In China that will take a long time

I believe a negative salary would be considered illegal.

Post subject: How to include salary expectations in an application

Interview people. Ask them about pay scales, bonuses, benefits and maybe even perks within their companies. A perk such as a membership to a gym might mean money in your pocket if you are presently a member of a club. Find out when companies in the industry give increases in salary and what the normal increase rates are. What are the bonus plans? This will all help you to make the right decision
